Overview:
11:22 PM CMS TECH witnessed a HOUSE UNDER CONSTRUCTION ON FIRE. SCOTTSDALE FIRE DEPT. was contacted to request a dispatch. FIRE DEPT responded and extinguished the flames.

11:22 PM CMS TECH witnessed a HOME UNDER CONSTRUCTION on FIRE.
11:24 PM CMS SUPERVISOR contacted SCOTTSDALE FIRE DEPARTMENT to request a dispatch.
11:33 PM CMS SUPERVISOR attempted to contact FIELD TECH, was unable to contact.
11:37 PM CMS SUPERVISOR contacted SITE MANAGER to inform them of FIRE on-site. They provided information for a REPRESENTATIVE to respond.
11:40 PM CMS SUPERVISOR contacted SCOTTSDALE FIRE DEPARTMENT to inform them of REPRESENTATIVES information.
11:45 PM CMS SUPERVISOR witnessed FIRE FIGHTERS begin putting out the fire.
11:51 PM SITE MANAGER contacted CMS SUPERVISOR to inform them of NEW REPRESENTATIVE, and to request PHOTOGRAPHS of FIRE on-site.
11:57 PM CMS SUPERVISOR sent current PHOTOGRAPH of site to SITE MANAGER as requested.
12:00 AM CMS SUPERVISOR contacted SCOTTSDALE FIRE DEPT to inform them of NEW REPRESENTATIVE responding to the site.
12:26 AM CMS SUPERVISOR sent current PHOTOGRAPH of site to SITE MANAGER as requested, showing fire is almost fully extinguished.
Conclusion:
CMS Tech witnessed fire on-site. Dispatch requested. Firefighters responded and extinguished flames.
